We have Certified Fitters on staff for your diabetic shoe needs. Did you know that Medicare pays 80% of a pair of shoes with up to 6 custom inserts per year? Have your primary care physician fill out the Physician Certification/Prescription form and call us for a fitting appointment.

Diabetes Life Center
We wish to give our diabetic patients all the help they can get in keeping their disease comfortably under control. Our Diabetes Life Center is dedicated to those tools, including testing supplies, strips, diabetic socks, sugar-free candy, and more.
